Leadership Judgement Indicator Workshop (LJI)

An interactive one day workshop designed to:

Explore the concept of 'leadership wisdom' and how it differs from ability and personality

Present the theory underlying the model on which LJI is based.

Provide skills to interpret LJI, using case studies

Explain how results from LJI can be used to develop & enhance leadership style.

Provide a grounding in basic psychometrics for those who are not BPS Level A qualified (first day) - necessary for the interpretation of the LJI results.

Who should attend?

Professionals interested and involved with the assessment and development of leadership skills, e.g. managers, coaches, HR professionals, psychologists, counsellors.

For participants who are not Level A trained or who would welcome some revision of the relevant parts of their Level A, we offer an expanded two-day course, starting one day before the dates shown here.
