   NEO PI-R Guide to Interpretation and Feedback in a Work Context

 

This guide helps new users convert their theoretical knowledge of the Revised NEO Personality Inventory into good and effective practice.

The guide is divided into two parts:

Part One: The Interpretation Process focuses on the construction of initial hypotheses from the profile. It explains how to construct the skeleton of the individual's personality from the questionnaire results.

Part Two: Strategies for the Feedback Meeting gives advice on how to use the feedback meeting to enhance interpretation of the questionnaire results.

An appendix to the guide provides a review of the latest thinking on the relationship between personality and performance at work.
