Products: Our psychometric product portfolio available in paper and Online Assessment format, supports and drives organisational recruitment and development activities at all levels. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of ability tests, personality and behavioural questionnaires, including the NEO family of tests and appraisal and development measures.

We also offer professional advice on setting policies for the management of tests, helping practitioners gain maximum return and where applicable, provide test training in the form of short courses for those practitioners new to the area of occupational testing.

Online Assessment: Cranbrook’s computer based and Online Assessment Service provides fast and cost effective assessment solutions for measuring individual capability and potential – enabling delivery of a complete and comprehensive range of tests - ranging from Ability, Personality and Appraisal / Development measures, all 24/7. 

Short Courses: We provide British Psychological Society accredited short courses in Test Administration , Level A, Level B and NEO UK PI-R to qualify HR and other professionals with British Psychological Society Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing. Practitioners then have access to UK ability tests and personality measures that objectively measure levels of job related potential and identify areas for personal development and team improvement.
