hands on, four day course based on a very user
friendly Level A manual, that clearly explains the statistical
concepts around psychometric testing, as well as the practical
uses of tests. The course is designed to:
represent the first formal step in the British Psychological
Society's test practitioner accreditation process - providing
eligibility for the BPS Level A Certificate in Occupational
Testing
equip delegates with the knowledge and skills they need
to evaluate test suitability
provide certification to purchase ability and aptitude
tests from all major UK test publishers
enable delegates to score, interpret and feedback results
of all ability and aptitude tests from all major UK test
publishers
provide best practice guidelines for setting internal
test policies and standards
provide the necessary foundation training for those who
wish to go on to train to use personality measures and
move on to Level B accreditation.
