BPS Level A: Qualify to administer, score, interpret & feedback measures of aptitude & ability

A hands on, four day course based on a very user friendly Level A manual, that clearly explains the statistical concepts around psychometric testing, as well as the practical uses of tests. The course is designed to:

•  represent the first formal step in the British Psychological Society's test practitioner accreditation process - providing eligibility for the BPS Level A Certificate in Occupational Testing

•  equip delegates with the knowledge and skills they need to evaluate test suitability

•  provide certification to purchase ability and aptitude tests from all major UK test publishers

•  enable delegates to score, interpret and feedback results of all ability and aptitude tests from all major UK test publishers

•  provide best practice guidelines for setting internal test policies and standards

•  provide the necessary foundation training for those who wish to go on to train to use personality measures and move on to Level B accreditation.
