The Hogrefe Testing System (HTS) leads the field in software

HTS has been developed by the Centre for Test Development
and Assessment in Fribourg, Switzerland under the supervision
of Professor Klaus-Dieter Haensgen PhD. Professor Haensgen
and his team of experts ensure that HTS is always
at the cutting edge of science and program development.
HTS offers the options for internet
testing, portable testing and intranet testing: Whichever
method of testing suits your needs you can be sure that
the information is secure and accurate. Only the registered
user has access to the information. Time critical assessments
can now be conducted via the internet. Unlike many other
online systems, HTS takes account of
the fact that accuracy of timing can be affected by the
particular PC on which the test is completed. HTS is programmed to ensure the timing remains
constant across different PCs.
