NEO PI-R UK Edition

PURPOSE

The NEO family of personality questionnaires are used across a broad range of occupations. Most suitable for middle to senior management where a comprehensive description of personality is required for informed selection and individual development decisions.

AUTHOR

Paul T. Costa Jnr. and Robert McCrae

DESCRIPTION

A world leading measure, widely used in research, the NEO provides the benchmark against which other personality questionnaires are evaluated.

Originally developed by Costa & McCrae, the NEO family of personality questionnaires are internationally recognised as the ‘Gold Standard' instruments with which to measure personality. The UK edition of the NEO instruments has been developed at the Psychometrics Centre under the auspices of the City University Business School and Professor John Rust who is the Director and founder of the centre.

The high amount of detail gained from the questionnaire provides a platform for substantial investigation into an individual's behavioural style and temperament.

The computer based system generates a NEO sample report which can be edited.
