Psychometric Training

BPS Test Administration: Qualify to administer ability & personality tests

A practical course which requires attendance on the afternoon of the first day and the morning of the second day. It is designed to:

•  provide eligibility for the British Psychological Society's Certificate in Test Administration, allowing trained Test Administrators to run testing sessions under the supervision of members of staff certified to

BPS Level A

•  explain the nature of psychometric tests

•  provide delegates with the basics of good test practice

•  cover the necessary skills to administer and score ability and personality tests

•  provide practice in organising and running test sessions

•  covers issues of confidentiality & data security

•  provides a grounding in test use for those who wish to go on to train to select, interpret and feedback ability test measures and move on to Level A accreditation.

Entry Level Human Resource professionals, including clerical and support staff who may be involved in running and supporting testing sessions.
