BPS Test Administration: Qualify to administer ability
& personality tests
A
practical course which requires attendance on the afternoon
of the first day and the morning of the second day. It
is designed to:
provide eligibility for the British Psychological Society's
Certificate in Test Administration, allowing trained Test
Administrators to run testing sessions under the supervision
of members of staff certified to
BPS
Level A
explain the nature of psychometric tests
provide delegates with the basics of good test practice
cover the necessary skills to administer and score ability and personality tests
provide practice in organising and running test sessions
covers issues of confidentiality & data security
provides a grounding in test use for those who wish to
go on to train to select, interpret and feedback ability
test measures and move on to Level A accreditation.

Entry Level Human Resource professionals, including clerical and support staff who may be involved in running and supporting testing sessions.
